Warez - Includes pirated software, ROMS, emulators, phreaking, hacking, password cracking. IP spoofing, etcetera, and encrypting of any of the above. Also includes any sites which provide "links to" or "how to" information about such material. Offensive Material - Any material which, at the discretion of the management of eurowebsites.net may cause reasonable offense or upset to others. You acknowledge that the management of eurowebsites.net shall have the right (but not the obligation) in their sole discretion to refuse or remove any Content that is available via our Hosting services. Without limiting the foregoing, the management of eurowebsites.net shall have the right to remove any Content that violates the Terms & Conditions or is otherwise objectionable. Copyright and Infringements The customer is liable for all actions of any copyright or trademark infringements conducted on their sites and contents. Server Up Time Whilst every effort is made to ensure that Hosting provided by eurowebsites.net is of the best possible reliability, Servers everywhere always have some downtime due to maintenance and hardware/ software upgrades, so there is always some server downtime. The owner and management of eurowebsites.net shall not be held responsible for any loss of business due to server down time in the provision of its services. Disclaimer The owner and management of eurowebsites.net will not be responsible for any damages your business may suffer. The owner and management of eurowebsites.net makes no warranties of any kind, expressed or implied for services we provide. We disclaim any warranty or merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. This includes registration failure and lapse of domain registration. It is the customer's responsibility to ensure renewal of their domain names before expiry. The management of eurowebsites.net reserves the right to revise its policies at any time.
